Returns
Online Purchases:
If for any reason you do not absolutely love your error goods, we will gladly issue a store credit of online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that shipping costs are non-returnable. Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed, or altered. No price adjustments will be made for previously purchased items. All store credits will post within 3-5 business days. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
[Name] reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned. If an item is returned in a condition that we cannot sell, we will send an invoice to ship it back to the customer. Please understand that as a small business, every single item counts, and we cannot offer free shipping back in this case.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and is wholly responsible for tracking.
Final Sale Items: Gift cards, earrings, bralettes, beauty products, candles, and all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased with a discount of 30% or more are also considered final sale.
The return total will be credited back to a error Gift Card, less the cost of shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for error to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and error is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. This policy is in place from the date of purchase, not the date of delivery.
Please note that if you do not have a receipt present, you will be given the lowest price within the last 90 days as store credit.
In-Store Purchases or Invoiced Purchases:
You can exchange in-store purchases at the error storefront in error with your original invoice or receipt. Please note that purchases made in-store are limited to a 10-day exchange policy only. After 10 days, it is truly a final sale, and no adjustments or exchanges will be made (except with special holiday timelines). We are no longer able to refund in-store purchases made on or after October 1, 2018.

By Mail:
If you would like to send a return or exchange back through the mail, please send an email to error with your order number and reason for return. You have 8 days to return your item, or it will be considered final sale.
You may send your return package back to:
Securely pack your merchandise and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside. Once we receive your package, we will issue store credit, less the cost of original shipping. You will receive an email notifying you of the transaction. Please allow 1-3 business days for the store credit to reflect in your customer account.
